Pain its a alarm that something its wrong or bad. If you have pain in the stomach, probably you have indigestion, and indigestion its a body alarm of the body, maybe digestive system is not run good.
Psychological pain show us that something in our lives its bad or wrong for us, and we can fix it!
The good news about pain is: pain shows us the the best way to care for ourselves. Pain pushes us to be better persons. The pain can be a teacher.
People who cause much pain to others are soul sick people. We should to feel compassion about this persons, but we cannot allow abusses from nobody.
In the official video of the song "I got a feeling" by Black Eyed Peas, you can see a bilboard that show "Life is good"; and really, Life is good, even with pain.
