A declaration of a tyrant with misguided ideals of capturing our liberties and subjecting us to be his slaves. SCARLET is the name of this evil beast who has migrated from the pits of Shoel to destroy our simple way of life. I stand before you all today to summon you to take a stand against this tyranny and fight against this pitiful beast and draw our swords of justice and strike a blow to the head and let this great Dracanion Continent become scarlet indeed, but with the scarlet blood of our enemy. I'm in secure mode at the moment and plan on taking another country to make as my secured country, so my most powerful country will be ready for some action. But if somehow, I find out that she's cute, I will not hit her, but then again I might. LOL!
