2. What the cause of your collapse was.

Well my plan was to ask the security council but the tutorial thing said I should post on the forum to attract the attention of them. I think its best I ask them anyway I probably wouldn't be able to pay you back. |

Hi, i need some funds to keep my contry going and back into shape, i recently run in two debt building a defensive force, i have dissarmed some weapons, and am still in the process, altho i am lossing assets quickly, and my econemey is rather hurt. money is beggining to pick back up but not quick enough to sustian at stable econemey. im am not sure weather i can pay any one back, but i would appreiate a little help, and maybe a few tips..? thankyou
