while your logged into your main country, if you click on the empire link (leader x countries,) it will list your countries, and on the right hand side it will give you a "new leader," thing. clicking on that will either change your leader country, or give you further instructions... i forget the requirements, but it always seems to work if i sell off all the offensive weapons in my main, before i make the switch. |
