Unfortunately, the Zero Tax List for KB is ridden with nations that have workers shortages. I will soon start bumping into the 6 corp limit in many, if not most, of the nations that I have invested in so far.
Post here if you 1) want CEO investment, 2) have 0 tax, and 3) (most importantly) have WORKERS.

I have La Republica Del Melodo, and just took over a country of The United Kingdom of Jeffra.
I can always order more population, as I find if I have alot of pop sitting around it just costs me SS pymts. |

If you send me the requests then I adjust the population accordingly, Low MLW has been a problem because I use alot of them for schools and hospitals. I can balance the pop once I get the request.
oh and it is the United Kingdom of Jaffra.
