The Common Market Secretary General
Definition: a person who is a chief administrator, head of HELMS Index, the leader of market members.
Duties and Responsibilities
Equal parts diplomat and advocate, market servant, the Secretary-General is a symbol of HELMS Index ideals and a spokesman for the interests of the market members, in particular the vulnerable among them.
- Lead HELMS Index to prosperity
- Guide other members in building stronger economies
- Decision maker, Policy Maker
- Imposing rules and guidelines
- Enforcer of market policies
- Supervise the offices of Secretary of Commerce and the Recruitment Officer.
The Secretary of Commerce
Definition: The person who holds the secretaryship of the Department of Commerce, person who is head of an administrative department of HELMS Index. The Office of the Secretary is the general management arm of the Department and provides the principal support to HELMS Index in formulating policy and in providing advice to market members.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring market conditions
- Advising market members of surplus in the market
- Posting a list of profitable industries that can be used as a guide in building corporations
- Obediently following the rules and command of the Secretary General
- Overseeing the works of the Recruitment Officer
The Recruitment Officer
Definition: Manages a team of people, who are responsible for recruiting new members of HELMS Index.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Looking for a way to recruit other presidents to join HELMS Index
- Working closely to the prospective member to encourage him to join.
- Obediently following the rules and command of the Secretary of Commerce.
The Federation Chairman
Definition: Head of the Federation, leader of the federation members. Chief administrative officer of the Organization, who shall act in that capacity and perform "such other functions as are entrusted" to him. The federation empowers the Chairman to "bring to the attention of the Security Council any matter which in his opinion may threaten the maintenance of international peace and security of member countries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the Federation to its maximum authority
- Impose rules and guidelines
- Assist federation members in asking aid from the Security Council
- Decision maker, Policy maker
- Overseeing the works of the Department of Defense, the Weapons of Mass Destruction Enforcement Agency, and the office of Policy Enforcement Agency
The Department of Defense
Definition: The person in-charge in the defense of the Federation. War moderator and adiviser to the Federation Chairman.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the defensive position of the Federation
- Imposing defense rules and guidelines
- Providing arms and ammunitions to the federation members in case of shortages in times of war
- Seek and classify immediate threats to the federation
- Federation War Lord and Tactician
The Weapons of Mass Destruction Enforcement Agency
Definition: Sole distributor/provider and producer of nuclear arsenals of Strong Republic Federation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide and distribute nuclear strategic and defensive weapons to member countries in need.
- Build the federation strategic index
- Plan and execute strategic missions

Pecunia: In order to advise you on more than emotion, I have decided to define to shortages and surpli mathematically: (Supply)/(Projected Maximum Production) If the quotient is greater than 12.5, I would consider it significant. The reason being is that it would take a grand total of 25 corporations to be built or closed for the market to do a 180. Currently, the best is electricity, with a quotient of over 150! Services are also good. Food is out. High tech is good, except internet. Utilities are good. Agriculture is out Industry is all over so ask me for the specfics, or just use the formula |

i am going to start to build new corps which specialise in the defense sector. and allocate the production soley to our market. i am currently building naval fleets which will be sent to your coastlines to aid in your defense should an attack take place. i have no requests at this time defense wise. |

Important Event: Election to vote Secretary General of HELMS Index
For your votes to be accepted please follow the following rules and guidelines
-Only member countries are allowed to vote (Enterprises are restricted to trading only)
-State the following message to your election post " I vote (country name) as the new Secretary General of HELMS Index."
-Only after all the votes are casted and majority of the members voted, the country that's got the most votes is declared the winner.
-Annotation, comments or messages in addition to the election message can only be posted after the ballot message.
Example:
I vote KTM as the new Secretary General of HELMS Index.
I believe he has the leadership that everybody seeks to better improve our common market.
