Republic of Iowa, Sioux Territory, Plymouth Territory, Dickinson Territory, Ida Territory, Crawford Territory, Shelby Territory, Obrien Territory, Lyon Territory, and Woodbury Territory all have 0% Tax rate.
Feel free to purchase state corporations as well. I have several that have been hurt by an oversupply on the market, but are recovering, giving them a good purchasing price. |
