not many at level 4 war level elsewhere
now, war levels are free war protection....stay below 3 and you have your perfect "in a bubble" empire
what was wrong with using the good old unbeatable war protection boosters?

No EC, wars been dead for years on all worlds, thats why they made war levels, so people could have free protection and play the side of the game that is still little bit active. |

Yes, war is now dead....but it STARTED with the war levels.

Come to FB. War level 3 to 15 can be attacked and players jump to war level 3 after a buildup period. Major wars on all size players can now happen again.  |
