HEY so im The Republic of Tiaga on WG, and I have a prety decent economy with cash to spare, and NO military at all, but i wanna run two countries this well. Do you think im in a safe enough shape to build an army and attack? If so, what steps would you suggest?

your economy does look decent however look at your education index it is 120 which is where you want it more or less however look at your sub indexes..... schools and high schools are 120 however the university index is a whopping 232.... you don't need that many universities they are just a waste of money..... gotta keep the sub indexes of the transportation and education indexes balanced or you're wasting money....... rough estimate i would say you need to close 38 universities that save you half a billion dollars monthly with no damage to the functioning of your country..... (you will probably have some university professors that are unemployed that you will have to find jobs as low level workers :)

WL0 is phenomenally easy to win you can do it with your starting army however it looks like you got rid of it

a basic offensive force that you could use to capture countries all the way up to wl3 would be the following

an offensive anti air division consisting of offensive anti air missile batteries and mid range missile batteries id say 100 mrmb will be enough shielding to take out any c3 air force....... simply attack an undefended target (a county or town) in the c3 until the helicopters stop responding this will allow your next division to do its work

Missiles Division consisting of mid range missile batteries and 30000 MRM or so attack the garrisons of targets (cities, factories, Forts if you have too) you will take minimal losses so long as the helicopter units remain out of commission..... after the helicopters stop responding you may want to consider attacking the helo units directly so they cannot be resupplied.... it takes time at higher war levels but at WL0 there are probably only 3 helo units

while you are attacking garrisons with the mrmb divisions you will want to have a few heavy tank brigades painting the country and attacking/destroying targets that have just had their garrisons wiped out

after you win you will get some cash about 1-2T at WLs 0-3 this will be more then enough to resupply the losses your offensive forces took and leave you with some spending money c3 raiding is one of the best ways to make money...... that is about as basic as it gets right there so if you intend to do more advanced warring with air forces or long range warring or PVP warring you will want to read up on the forums and documentation.... go into chat and consult vets when you have questions

oh yah buy high quality (330 is max) and then upgrade to 450.... this will make your units more durable and able to withstand damage as well as allow them to inflict more damage themselves increasing their survivability and reducing long term costs (you don't have to buy so many weapons to replace lost ones)

Good Luck

you have 22T cash reserves so you have more then enough money.... i imagine a force of 750 offensive anti air batts 1150 mid range missile batts and 1500 heavy tanks with accompanying ammo will cost you more then 2-3 trillion.... you can do the math if you want.... the cost will quickly be paid for if you continue raiding rather then taking a second country... though that will help pay for it aswell

You could always go for high tech corporations (either yours or enterprise run) they tend to pay better in the long run. So, two approaches here, Jack's third world style of low education, or a higher education level. His point is essentially correct though. The education index is never higher than the lowest index of elementary schools, high schools or universities. So, if you want an index of an optimal 220 or so, you need to raise all of them up. Or, lower them all. No point in having one really far from the other.

120 is not third world style... 220 is not optimal in any way..... production levels flatten out at 120-130 so welfare should be around 120-130 for the best government cost to production ratio.... you can get 120 welfare with 120 indexes including edu transport and health.... its really very simple..... don't know where you heard that 220 was optimal.... 2/3s of my countries production used to be high tech and i sustained it with a 130 edu index
