Please all nations of Little Upsilon who want to learn the war game, and participate in a regional Federation or start a region federation please reply on this thread. The Department of Defense runs war training drills, and c3 raids to help show the war game. The Defense Department also conduct Military Training forums in Chat, which cost SC$ because the Defense Department provides the training and costs SC$.
