Parsifal & King Xenu will be conducting a series of war experiments on the continent of Lacerta on KB. These war experiments will involve c3's not in our federation and should be no cause for concern for the residents of KB. In fact, our war experiments should be of benefit to the KB economy!
The first experiment is scheduled for Labor Day, but may occur sooner. The terms of WE1-KB are:
Starting Assets:
$4-5T total in military assets
Limit of 20 fortifications
No Nukes
Navy allowed
No Replenishment
Victory Conditions:
War will end after 3 hours or whenever both sides run out of ammo!
Country with the larger War Index may claim victory! |

We are planning to do this on Labor Day. I've been really busy in RL, so will be fighting a defensive battle. |
