So, to continue my defensive measures i set up a country next to your main as well (you set up, i set up). I messaged you, asking you to remove your c3 from my area because it signifies hostile intentions you message rob right before and said the same thing. you declared on rob for having c3 nearby. I took this as you were ready for war, but waited to see if you were serious and waited for you to attack cfballer as well, and you did. You attack my friends and leave your c3 in my area. i messaged you to come talk to me on msn, you did not. I declared on your c3 next to my main. took it. and i wanted you to come talk to me, like a civilized person isntead of sending mesages ingame (where you dont have to worry about someone being right.) I called you cowardly because of these actions. you fled from irc because someone made you upset, and you stopped talking to people (msn, irc , simchat) i wanted to find out why, because i was worried about you :P (so i did the normal thing and tried to provoke you to come to msn by calling you cowardly. sorry) so you attacked fed mates at this point, and friend. so i attacked your main. points: no i dont think i'll win. no i cant get past your air defense, no i wont get your wI to 0, and even if i do i wont take the country. this isnt that kind of war. at least to me it isnt. this was a very hard decision to make, you can ask people and how much i annoyed them with my brooding. I've known you a long time. Obviously i don't know you as well as i thought i did, but i dont' consider you an enemy. if you had gotten first, i would have been there for you to congratulate you and i would have been happy for you. so whatever. if this is upsetting you so much , and exacerbating your tantrum, then i wont make any more attacks. the individuals who joined my c3 fed are there for defensive air purposes only, and not to gangbang you. as of right now, as i am aware i am the only one who attack you, so don't feel you must post on forums to get people after me and get revenge. just ask me what you think and feel point blank and come talk to me on msn. When I got to know you and about you a bit, I knew it was not all that simple, and was reminded the mini-community here always needs to bully and gang-bang someone. It happened before and it will happen again. When you became kinda inactive nix took your spot and now its me. So to make it short, my apologies for using "you" in this matter, but I know how iki feels towards "you". Its amusing how those who attack/ed me think they actually achieved something, despite they would not dare to attack me without help, but it is understandable. It means you indeed are catching feelinz about some dumb ish. I understand your defiance though. I don't fight to win in a way that you would call a win. I fight to "WIN" everytime. If I define "WIN" as getting some particualr person or persons to lay off me and I suceed in that endeavour, then in my eyes I won. In that other person(S) eyes, they raped c3 after c3 nuked me to death and boycotted me until I stopped my assault, so indeed according to them, they have "Won" Its all a matter of perception. War is like chasing after the wind. You don't WIN. You can't WIN. The Game is not setup in order for anyone to win. Sam opened my eyes to that. I realized what he meant when I saw that I could lose countless countries and get whooped on time and again, yet still pester LDI. There is no "WINNER" except w3c. I understand you are very intelligent and crafty with words, but you have only fooled yourself into thinking that you war for profit. Thats rediculous. You raid for profit. Nowadays, most "REAL WARS" are fought to a standstill and worked out diplomatically. Sure I could blame the system, the game, the GM, from setting up such environment which favors irrational wars and gang-bangs, but it does not suit me at the moment, and I still dunno if the system is to blame or the people are. Look Wendy, players who do not war, in competitive environment, for profit can never be winners. That is a fact. I have played enough games and was on both sides often enough to learn this basic premise. Actually its part of the so-called "winner mentality" from the article I posted in another thread some time ago. Of course in this game where loss of assets is more or less non-issue, because they can simply be replaced for an amount of real cash, and this amount is relatively low or high depending on income of individual players and their willingness to "waste" real cash this way, the rule that those who wage wars for no profit will lose is broken. Still, it does not mean it does not work in competitive environment. If you wanna war for whatever reason its your right, but its my right to think of it what I want. Do not take it personally, its a general statement - observation.

I could not get myself to fight back and there is no argument I could win because iki just did not have what was needed to beat me .. 537 142 NPF and shit, and I had more than enough to take her c3s before she could win. She knows it, ask her if you do not believe me. I was gonna quit anyways, and the last drop was the GM interference in "Ares vs whoever" war on LU some time ago. This "beat down" you call it just helped me to save time and energy liquidating my in-game stuff. I am not complaining or anything like it, I am trying to show who this "samurai" and her "friends" are - bunch of fools and losers. Not like there is much going on on the boards..

I do not know you and i am sure you are a talented player, but from what i have seen you gave up on winning first, when it became evident you would not win first you changed your leader country and gave up? This is not the action that a 'winner' would do. The most recent time i acheived first was a fight until the last minute, literally! I only acheived first in the last few hours of the last day. I can honestly say i *deserved* to win that month, i fought for it, many times i did not think i would make it but i did not give up. Even if i didnt get there there are 11 other months in the year to win. Forgive me but i cannot fathom why a seasoned and experienced player would act this way over something so petty. I Started playing in 2000 and have known Iki for most of that time, she is one of the nicest players i have had the privilige of knowing, do you really think this worth falling out over? I rarely post on these forums and it is not my intention to interfere in something that is not my concern but i felt this was an occassion worth posting for. Tuco, whatever you 'real' issue is, just speak to the ppl involved and stop 'airing' it all on the public forums. Tendo Ryu

| Sunday, May 17, 2009 - 05:49 pm Well if it's any comfort to Tuco, I never won first place in anything but horseshoes, and handgrenades. I almost blew myself up with the same grenade that won me first, go figure. Winning would have been bitter sweet with missing body parts and shrapnel wounds.
