I just got a gift of 30 LBCMBs and 1200 missiles. But I can't find anywhere to organize them into units. Do I have to build a strategic base first? |

I built a strat base and still no way to find and organize those batteries as far as I can see. |

you don't have to organize them into units. when you are attacking another country in the range of your missiles, you will have the option to launch them from your capitol. |
