I don't require payment to stop - your puny empire cant really afford it anyway - just an apology and surrender. And an agreement to stay the hell away from me and my fed members. In case you havent noticed - i'm not taking your debt ridden countries, just knocking them further back into the stone age than they previously were. When you do eventually have to dereg, all that debt will transfer to your main. No more chances. Do as I say, or suffer even more. Understand?
