Is there any screen that shows how much pop is dying due to missing materials? I see many populations continue to decline even though birth rate >>> death rate. Even with positive immigration, it still goes down.

The numbers are indeed not showing.
it is triggered by very low supply index (,70) and a very low health index, (70).

easy to fix.

The way it is done can be improved.
we were very busy here but TA is running OK and we will get to all the outstanding issues.
