Kebir Blue Fed Opp
I'm moving this over here. I proposed a regional defense fed on a different thread. But it makes sense to make a different fed, too. As was concluded in the other thread.
The regional defense fed will go forward and I will draw up a map of it's borders. It will exist to help players who want to play the war levels, with out fear of being attacked once they reach level 3 (hint, it would be difficult to do this without a small empire.) One very capable war level player already joined. The map could grow if the feds membership grows. Obviously, the immediate central goal would be to help players learn the war engine.
The other fed would just be a fellowship fed, at least until some power players are trained and it could offer defense. it isn't really a guarantee, as I don't have a strong vision of it. I really don't know what the community could use here. So I thought we could discuss that.
Some ideas:
1) Economic teaching
2) Could be war based, if we thought we could build a Navy large enough.
3) Whatever other ideas you have. |

If a newer player wanted to join the defense federation, maybe they could move to western Auriga Bella. There's a lot of empty countries and I could send some worker transfers for quicker growth. |

I've yet to make the map, but in theory the range of Def helis is 8500, and that encompasses alot antarctic territory. All of Auriga Bella, Lacerta, Hercula Major. Much of Antilia Major and Virgina Bella, Even a little Eridana.
All of that would be covered by Federation Def Helis. Of Course the interceptors are only 2840 range, but in theory the more remote members could lean on the Fed Helis, and put up more interceptors. Could also pass around some mobile units as needed.
