UNITY OF NATIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT AND DETERRENCE
OBJECTIVE:
1. To Build a Federation of active nations, who will sustain each other on the hour of need.
2. To Promote Sustainable Development and Collective Defense against Hostilities.
3. To protect each other as well as eliminate the threat to the World peace.
4. To maintain Peace and Stability in the White Giant in collaboration with other Federations.
5. To Support the International Community with Disaster Relief and Financial Investments.
BENEFITS OF JOINING THE UNIDAD:
1. The Nation Joining the Federation, will have equal right to represent, Voice their opinion, and a fair chance to become the Leader of the Federation.
2. The Nation Joining the Federation will automatically become an Investment destination for UNIDAD Enlisted CEO Corporations, which will benefit the Nation’s Economy.
3. UNIDAD Guarantees full Military support to its members, and hostility against any of the members will be seen as an hostility against the Federation.
4. The Federation promises Disaster Support to its member nations, and also will help in Disaster Preparedness.
5. The Members will also enjoy Long Term Financial Assistance in the form of CEO investments, Loans, or Shares.
CRITERIA FOR JOINING UNIDAD:
1. The Nations who are active (at least once per 3 days)
2. The Nations Who like Role Playing
STRUCTURE OF THE FEDERATION:

CHAIRMAN OR LEADER OF FEDERATION:
1. The Leader of the Federation will b chosen by free and fair elections conducted by the Moderator of the Federation every 5 game years.
2. Roles and Powers:
Art 1. – The Chairman is the Supreme Authority of the Federation and will hold the Departments of Defense, Relations with other Federations and Department of Finance.
Art 2 - The Chairman will be the sole recruiter of the new members.
Art 3 - The Chairman has the power to initiate the Voting for Expulsion of a member of the Federation but only after the consultation with the Moderator.
Art 4 - The Chairman has the Power to establish relations with other federations after consulting the fellow members of the Federation.
Art 5 - The Chairman has the Power to direct the member to mobilize its resources, in order to send Disaster Relief to one of the Federation Members or to an International Nation.
Art 6 – The Chairman has the power to initiate Voting for Declaration of War, but after the consultation with members and the Moderator.
Art 7 - The Chairman has the sole Power to request the UNIDAD Enlisted CEO Corps. To invest in a particular member nation, but the decision solely lies at the discretion of the Enlisted Corps.
Art 8 – LIMITATIONS OF POWER : If the Chairman is charged with misconduct like ( Noncompliance with the demands of the Majority of members , taking decisions against the interest of the Federation, Recruitment of Nations who are unnecessarily hostile to others , Act of War without Voting about it, Expulsion of Member without Valid Reason, not adequately active to run the federation) will lead to initiation of Impeachment Process by the Moderator, after consultation with members
2. MODERATOR :
ROLES
Art 9 – The Moderator portfolio can only be held by the Founder of this Federation ( United Mongol Republic)
Art 10 – The Moderator can Never become the Chairman of the Federation, and has no Executive Powers.
Art 11 – The Moderator’s Prime duty is to conduct free and fair elections to choose the Leader.
Art 11a – Election procedure:
Step 1: The Moderator will inform all members about the beginning of election, and will ask the members to apply for Candidacy for the Post of the Leader.
Step 2 : After the Application of Candidacy by the members , the Moderator will Evaluate the members on the basis of Experience and Activity in the Game. The Moderator will select final 2 Candidate members .
Step 3: After the initiation of the Voting Process, the Members of the Federation will vote for any of the 2 Final Candidates and the Winner will be declared as the Leader or Chairman for 5 Game years.
Note : A Member can hold the post of the Chairman for 2 consecutive term ( if voted again to power), but after 2 terms the member cannot apply for candidacy for next 10 game years.
Art 12 – The Moderator has the power to initiate Vote regarding impeachment of the Leader, if the leader is charged with Misconduct.
3. MEMBERS :
Art 13 – A member can always freely express his/ her opinion to the Leader, Moderator or any fellow member.
Art 14 – A Member has the power to vote, and has the power to complain about the Leader, or other members to the moderator.
Art 15 – The Member Nation has the Complete right to govern his/her own country, and has full freedom on External affairs , Economy and Common market. The Leader of the Federation Cannot interfere in the internal matters of a member nation.
UNIDAD Enlisted CEO Corporations
This is the Financial branch of the UNIDAD, where Member countries enlist their own CEO Corporation (if they have any), in order to provide financial stability to the other members of the Federation and Invest in them.
Enlisted CEO Corps:
1. Artemer Holdings
2. UYGH corp
3. Hemis Corp.
4. Bushidan Corp.
