The line about destroying the NLUO, the Hydra federation, would like to retract that statement.

It is not necessary, to defeat them. We however remain prepared to defend our sovereignty.

Those on LU, that wish to be prepared for all outside threats, and would like to unite with like minded. Join the Hydra federation.
