Rules:
60% Defensive resources shared during war
War. The voting period is 7 months. A majority of 51% is required.
Evicting countries. The voting period is 6 months. A majority of 51% is required.
New chairman. The voting period is 3 months. A majority of 99% is required.

FYI: 100% Shared defenses is the only way to do it. No sense sharing less since it basically makes the total defense easier to pick off. I don't have actual numbers, but the general idea is that you need as much defense as possible responding AT ONCE to ensure the best defense ratios, meaning say Bombers killed versus Interceptors lost. Sharing 60% just decreases the number of Interceptors or Helicopters that respond AT ONCE, but allies will still be able to lose their entire Air Defense at worse-than-if-you-just-did-100%-shared-defense ratios. |

I think you need to advertise your federation more widely on the little upsilson forum it will be much more effective as the vast majority of people go straight to the little upsilson page. Just a thought though. |
