The goals of the United Independent Nations are to respond to international crises like large disasters, nuclear wars, world wars, overwhelming invasions (like an empire of seven countries attacking a new player who barely knows what he's doing), and things like countries with horrible conditions, like no hospitals, extremely low education, stuff like that. The only rule for joining is that ONLY the leader of an empire can join, unless the player is at game level three or above. I'll have a fed charter up soon. |
