The main pages to look at are the Chat abd polls page, the news and media page, The think tank forum page, the LU International Court page, and the Election Center page. Passing Laws in the NLUO: You must go to the Think Tank Policy Forum, and go to a think tank and post a proposal. The Think tank chairman guides the debate, and calls when the debate ends, and when voting on the proposal ends. Then it is set before the NLUO, and voted on at the official Policy page. Last it is taken to the Elite Party Chairman Executive order Forum, by the chairman of the think Tank to be signed into law via a post of the Elite Party Chairman’s Signature, and a few words about the law. Only a think tank member can propose a Policy. War policies must be voted on by all members of the NLUO, and the Chairman of the Elite Party directs the war policy through the Departments in the administration. No one nation can unilaterlly go to war with another president without a cause for the war, and must go through the Proper channels. These are the proper channels for war with a president. First attempt to get a security Council resolution through the LU Heritage Foundation Think Tank, and if that doesn’t work, then try to organize a presidential boycott against the country. If that doesn’t work, then go to the Department of Defense for a waver for war, and then the Dept of Defense can grant you a war declaration with the consent of the Elite Party Chairman, and the Dept of State. The Dept of Justice, and the Defense dept will monitor your war as well. Elite Party Chairman Administration: The Elite Party Chairman administration all lobby on behalf of the Elite Party Chairman’s agenda through the Think tanks.
