I've recently started this federation on Golden Rainbow.
So far, I've specifically invited certain countries, who I feel are up and coming players, who are genuinely interested in learning more and succeeding in this game. The federation is mainly for economics, sharing of information and ideas, and mutual defense.
Several already have responded favorably, and the federation is slowly increasing its numbers.
The federation currently is only open to those who meet the above criteria, and who do NOT have a main country in another federation (you'd have to leave that federation). Slaves in another federation are ok.
If you are a player, veteran or new, who is interested in learning more about this game, how it works, sharing information and ideas, and being apart of something new and exciting, and you might be interested in joining this federation, please contact me directly in game.

We are now up to 12 members, and several more have been invited.
I hope more players on Golden Rainbow who are interested in being successful and learning more about the game will take advantage of this opportunity.
We have lots of federation-wide messages going back and forth daily sharing information, seeking advice, and general chit-chat.
Also, want to add, if you're interested in gaining Levels, then this is definitely the federation for you. I'm currently the only Golden Rainbow player to ever achieve Level 7 (and still hold that Level fairly solidly as of this posting). Our federation also has 2 members who already are Level 5.
