How should I about attacking a lvl2 C3 with a index over 60+ |

The game provides a small guide when attacking C3s.
If you follow it, you should be successful.
But essentially:
1. Find a location with no defences.
2. Attack that locations' defences to destroy the C3s air defence.
3. Destroy target.
4. Paint the map.

At level 2. The easiest thing would be to set up a division of off anti aircraft batteries that also has some mid range. Say 900/300 respectively. Get plenty of ammo for both. Also a division of tanks and artillery. You just need few hundred with lots of ammo. Let’s say lots of ammo is 50 k. Probably too much for now, but your going to use someday.
If the heli units are more than say 50 km from any enemy ground defense, then you can just choose a heli unit and attack it. You’ll destroy one and eliminate the helis of another. Once there are none left, select and attack the empty units so that they cannot be resupplied. Then use your tanks and arty to drive around and destroy undefended targets. There should be enough to win.
If the heli units are close to ground defenses they will be defended by those. In this case you need to lure them to a remote undefended target by attacking it with the anti aircraft batteries. Attack defenses. You won’t be able to destroy them completely without destroying the ground defenses. So don’t pick a c3 where the off airfield is next to the off base. |
