Hi, I am trying to make some mobile supply units, bought 3k Professional Officers (7.6 Gold coins) and 10k Prof Solders (7.6 Gold coins) but I don't seem to have them yet, is there a time lag? My Professional Solders screen shows 0 but I can see the 2 transactions in the transaction log. Hoping I haven't wasted 15 GC :(

When you purchase them, they go into your account inventory and can then be transferred to the individual country you desire. From the main account options go to Direct Trade -> Exchange Products with country or enterprise, then select the desired country and you can transfer the professional soldiers/officers from your account to the country there.

Thank you :) I see that you can also swap a bunch products to your "Your Account". Does this mean once you have 2+ countries these goods can be freely traded between?

I realise now I just needed normal Supply Units and not need Mobile Supply Units but that OK to leave them in my "Your Account" as will need at some point.

This is my 4th or 5th start over about twenty years so a bit rusty...looking forward to it and trying some new stuff. I did build a 10 country 1st round but less than half the size the other games but life kept getting in the way. Hopefully cleared all those :)

Yes you can for the products listed on that page. The only limitation is that to trade to/from a country with Direct Trading it has to have been registered for at least a short while. I want to say it was either 7 or 10 days that you have to have the country/enterprise before you can direct trade products with it. You can also transfer cash to/from using Direct Trade to pull money from your established nations to prop up your newer ones still in development.

You can absolutely leave the professional soldiers/officers in your account inventory if you're not going to use them, there isn't a maintenance cost or anything like that. You could also place them for sale on Direct Trade to attempt to recoup the GC you paid by selling them to another player if you feel the GC are a more urgent need than them.

Keep asking questions.

Thanks James. Am enjoying as much as always did. Going a slow and steady path with a goal of self sufficiency. I know it has drawbacks as well but is a good challenge. Trying to keep P/L above 50% profit of revenue. A bunch of small rules I've imposed on myself :) I'm in no rush.
