Okay so here's the question, I am on KB World where in 24 hours real time equals 6 months of a year Game Time, can Other players transfer Schools and Hospitals to Independent State of Sparta, if they are on KB World, does it matter if they're on KB World and as I asked can Schools and Hospitals even be transferred from one State/Country/Nation to another by other players?
