My country's war damage doesn't seem to be recovering. In the documents it states that this is done by buying construction. I have plenty of construction. How do I repair the damage?

It was flat lined at 53.33 for 16 months according to the war index graph. However, the current month it just jumped up; so I guess not long enough.  |

Damage can impact your war score, as can number of active forts in your country.
53.33 is the maximum war index countries with 10 forts have (which is default for new player countries).
You can increase your maximum war index up to 100.00 by buying forts (this means having a total of 150 forts). |

Hi. On the top menu of your main country go to: War > My Damage Points or My War Index. Here you can see your current Damage Points (most likely having 10 forts instead of 150 what E O just said). |
