The closest you can get is country A uses their enterprise to buy up corporations in country B.
Unless they're in your empire there is no way to directly give cash. |

Nope, it will of course give them control of -that- corporation if they buy it. You still reap the tax monies, but the downside is if they don't know what they're doing the corporation may not do as well as it might have under you.
I should also preface this with, a lot of players consider random bidding on their corps "hostile" so it's generally advised you'd ask first.
But to my knowledge this is the most direct way to transfer money directly to another country and is obviously somewhat limited. For instance, my Federation made a pledge to invest 800B into a country and used the corporation bidding mechanism to actually do it.
Besides that, If you ever dip into a negative budget (or it might just be 1Trillion), the Security Council on your planet can give you an influx of cash. |

I've been trying to find a way to transfer cash from my leader country to my slave... havent found a way yet :/ I thought I had in the empire menu but it told that it was defunct. |

you can via direct trading.. recieve game money from countries thereafter you can send to slave state too on direct trade.. send game money to countries too |

I was trying to make the direct trading work as well, couldnt figure it out.
It told me I had to keep at least $2t in cash in my leader country and there was no button to click on to make anything happen. |

Alexius, If you need game money in the future buying high quality products in direct trading and selling them on your world market is a better deal. Just make sure whatever you buy is in shortage and max price on your world. |

@JohnV I actually made a calculation.. buying goods in direct trading and selling think is still going to give you lower cash based on the actual market price if goods on LU Direct gc transfer to cash gives higher cash Equivalent.. or is their any specific goods you can buy that has high Value. |

For 1 GC you can buy 47M air trans or 29M construction.
Selling 47M air trans @274 quality X 1,857 SC$ gives you 239B SC$
Selling 29M construction @329 quality X 1,676 SC$ gives you 159B SC$ |
