Suddenly hiring has dropped in my corps. It's set to 100%, there is no shortage of supplies and no shortage of workers in any group. I'm stumped.

Cause they significantly increased the amount of workers needed per corporation, in some cases well over 10%. It's caused me a massive HTE shortage, and I've lost a natural resource corporation and had to manually close 2 others because of the worker shortage. It was much too large of a change.
