I think there are many different ways how to finish the game. You can win wars, get economy power or build country into very highest game levels.
I think this game is never ending competition in changing environment so you always have what to compete for. |

There is no end to this game. There are however better and worse players. You can find a lot of them just buy following the forum posts and checking the rankings. |

Here are a few players to take a look at from Little upsilon (the most active and best world)
John Galt for having the Highest war lvl
Letsie for having the biggest balls (and a large empire of 23 countries that is still growing)
Super Solder for having a really nice FED
Johannes Bilderburg for having a couple of cool ceo's
The general ranking to see who has the highest game level.
