A chemicals corporation disappeared. I built it before. It had passed the New Corporation stage, meaning there had been no star symbol at left of it.
What situation can make a corporation disappeared?

Damage due to natural disasters and high debt levels can cause a corporation to be closed automatically.

There may also be some beginners economic protection (not sure how long you've been playing) that will shutdown corporations that you cannot staff.

Check your country's newspaper as it should have an entry in the month in which the corporation was closed.
