Sorry if this has been asked before.
Is there an advantage to having more schools or universities than you need? Do you get more people educated or more highly educated people if you have more universities than you really need?

Much yes. The higher your education index the more professional workers you can produce, however if you push it really high like 200 you'll over produce professional workforce leaving normal low level, medium, and high level workers in short supply. |
