Hi. Does anyone know what salaries are taken into account when exchanging workers between countries? Is it government or corporations? |

it doesnt matter, the only thing that matters is the difference in percentage between those saleries and if you compare gov to corp salaries the corp salaries may be higher but the percentage of difference between the worker classes is the same. |
