I remember being able to declare your country peaceful which made it so the war index requirements were waived for purposes of game level advancement..... can someone tell me where to find this? this is different from secured mode or war protection if I recall correctly |

top part of your main home page of your country has buttons go to indexs it shows where u need to improve to gain level and also u can switch to a peaceful country or include your defenses what it says |
