how can improve my war index?
the war index, according to what I understand, it's like the "life bar" in your country / empire, but do not know how to improve it under level up my game
can someone guide me in this?

It's quite simple: Just buy all the defensive fortifications needed to reach the maximum number (150). Then you'll hit war index 100.

Once you buy them, they are deployed automatically. You just need to provide the garisons. You can also move them around on the map. |
