Hi,just recently started playing this game again. I've played it a few times in the last 5 years or so but never got much into it. Finally began again and was wanting to ask for any helpful suggestions on changes i could make to my country. Atm i'm trying to increase my education index but i have a somewhat "stockpile" of money that i'm not using and i think i should be. 2.6T might not be that much but it seems like a lot to not be using. My country is "The Cosmel Empire", Kebir Blue,Virgina Bella, Crane York region. Any advice would be appreciated thanks :).
