On the main portal page clk the tab for 'Direct Trading'. Then find the heading 'Exchange with Countries and Enterprises'. There you can receive or send money to and/or from your main account. Its somewhat like a central bank I suppose, where you have the ability to send and receive cash into one place in order to distribute it as you see fit.
