Teddy Bear | Saturday, November 10, 2012 - 07:00 pm Hi guys, so I was transfering 51% of some of my corporations to my enterprise on LU. Last Bastion is my country. I was IPOing them one at a time, and everything was going fine, ...until investment funds started buying my offered shares before i could complete the transaction. Is there any way I can choose to sell the shares JUST to my enterprise? Also, is there a way to reclaim the shares from the other investment funds to sell to my enterprise? Thanks for having a look |
Gaz | Saturday, November 10, 2012 - 07:09 pm You have to IPO around the middle of the month to keep IF'S away. They tend to buy around the turn. Well they used to anyway. |
Crafty | Sunday, November 11, 2012 - 02:22 pm All you can really do Ted is set your target share ownership percentage in your CEO and then slowly tank the corp, maybe by reducing production to 50% or whatever works. When the P/E goes high enough and the MV falls low enough, the IFs should sell their shares and then your CEO will buy to fufill its target. Once you have them, restore the corp. It got changed that you could IPO to your own CEO with ease, the IFs will now buy any at any time, I dont think game time matters any more. |
Arccuk | Sunday, November 11, 2012 - 04:29 pm you are right crafty, game time doesn't matter anywhere as much as it used to. IF's seem to be more active just after the month rolls over so I avoid IPO from the 1st to the 10th of the month and that seems to work. |
Teddy Bear | Sunday, November 11, 2012 - 06:10 pm ok, thanks for the advice, guys, guess i'll run them into the ground a bit to see if that works. Ill also try doing it in the middle of the month. It's a real shame that the major shareholder cant just recall the shares, or the country cant renationalise the corp |
