The current loan option is just really disfunctional (and unrealistic btw). If I take an enterprise loan, it has a due date of 10 years, but when the enterprise cash level increases, suddenly the due date changes into the first of next month. I want long-term debt and high cash levels (liquidity), just like in the real world.
