Does anyone know the deal with the health index? It takes forever to catch up. I should be at 90% but it is taking days to get there. |

Yep, it is not a linear function like education and transport. It catches up slowly but it will catch up and you'll notice twice the number of hospitals than required will not give you an index of 200 like it would with edu and transport. |

Anyone know what population benchmark that starts at - and accelerates at? Or is that a secondary benchmark, and the actual figure running off the number of patients in care? |
