jhonsenandrew | Monday, June 18, 2012 - 10:58 am So I have these corporations and schools that I really need and want but there isn't enough workers to support them. So I went to my education priority's and increased the priority's in several professions to 20, 19, and so on but also at the same time I dont have enough low, medium, and high level workers. Is what im doing correct and if not what should I do to fix my problems? |
Crafty | Monday, June 18, 2012 - 09:50 pm Adjusting your priorities to fit your needs is exactly the right thing to do. I'm offering this advise on the understanding that your main problem is not enough low level, medium level and high level workers (LLW, MLW, HLW) to fill your corps and schools and to train up to be higher level people. Probably you should close one or two corps that are doing badly, free up workers. Your schools and hospitals are very important, dont let them close. But maybe, if you have lots and lots of managers, low or medium, teachers or nurses, and I mean lots more than you need for now, then you can demote them down to LLW, MLW and HLW. The other option, probably best in combination with closing bad corps too, is to buy a million or two more population (6GC a million) depending of course on your GCs available. Dont let schools and hospitals close due to under staffing - very important. |
Marshal Ney | Wednesday, June 20, 2012 - 06:44 pm Get into the war game. 250k (or higher, that's what I'm averaging) real population growth a month possible with population transfers, somewhat tailored to where you need it - especially for those worker types. And will help with those education and health personnel. |
