BBL | Friday, April 27, 2012 - 06:30 pm What determines how many units can be deactivated and reactivated in a single month? The reason I ask is because I deactivated 100 of a certain unit at one time, and now to reactivate them it will only reactivate them 10 at a time. I would have thought that deactivation and reactivation would have been based on dollar value, or unit counts, or man power counts, but regardless of what it used for a basis I would have thought that it would be the same in both directions. |
Andy | Friday, April 27, 2012 - 11:34 pm Max 10% can be activated or deactivated. That is 10% of the total you have in the country (active + non active). Excluding your units. if not correct, please give me an example and we will check. |
BBL | Monday, April 30, 2012 - 06:57 pm In my country in LU I deactivated military units once. It deactivated almost all of the extra units in one shot, including 100 units of some types. Later when I decided to reactivate them, it took 10 times of reactivating to reactivate all of the units again because it would not reactivate more than 1/10 of what it deactivated in that one shot a couple of days earlier. Mind you, this was only the units that were not part of wings or divisions, i.e. the extra units. I never disbanded the units that originally came with the country. |
Pat Quinn | Monday, April 30, 2012 - 09:45 pm I have the same experience as BBL. I decommed like 100% of units, then had to recomm then 10% at a time. Not a huge deal, btw, I assumed it was WAD, except you mentioned deactivating should be slow too. |
