Variable Input Quality

joebrender	Monday, April 23, 2012 - 02:20 pm Hi there. I play SimCountry every couple years for a few months at a time. Last time I was here, I utilized a strategy of using high quality inputs for my low cost inputs (like services), and low quality inputs for my high cost inputs (like electric power). So, I might buy services at Q220 and electric power at Q100. Now, I noticed 120 seems to be the lower Q I can buy now, and that's fine. What's confusing me, is one of my new corps with some inputs at Q 120, and some inputs at Q220 is producing output at Q120. Has the game changed so that it uses your lowest Q component instead of the average for your output Q(the portion of your output Q that is related to input Q anyway)?

joebrender	Monday, April 23, 2012 - 11:12 pm Lets say I only use 2 inputs. 10 FMU's @ Quality 200 and 10000 Electric Power @ Quality 100. Does ASQ = 150 or is it more like 101? I'm asking if the quantity of the product plays a role in the ASQ, or if one input type = 1 / xth of the ASQ where x = the total number of inputs.
