Jo Salkilld (White Giant) | Thursday, February 2, 2012 - 02:25 am If you are short of just one type of worker, hiring of all worker types will be reduced. Think of it this way - you can't have 100 workers with no one to manage them. They won't know what needs doing and will just sit around drinking coffee and waiting for someone to tell them what to do. Similarly, there is no point in employing managers if there isn't anyone for them to manage. So if you are short a few thousand MLMs, for example, your corps will lay-off loads of the other types of workers and professionals, until you have enough of ALL types. Check your employment to see if you are short of a particular type of professional. Then adjust your education priorities up for that type and down for another that you have plenty of. Remember they should always total 120. If you are short of LLWs, MLWs or HLWs, then you can demote some professionals to fill the gaps. It will take the corps a few months, once you have enough of each type, to employ them all, but you should see improvement. Hugs and respect Jo |
