You receive the gold coins within several hours, after the next month processing is completed.
if you do not receive them, there was no level move.
I checked and did not see any recent level change. |

i went from level 3 to level 4 and i was at level 4 for an entire day. I dropped back to level 2 waiting for the friggin coins cuz I want a ceo. It even admits that I made it to 4. All I got was 30 gold coins for paying. I spent them on buying population to get to level 4., so dont tell me there wasn't a level move. Check again. I have been waiting since Wednesday |

Not a recent level change???? I did not even have enough gold coin to buy 4 million people till I became a paid member. Oh and I am saying your computer didn't do it. I played this game before. Please stop treating me like I'm stupid or a liar. |

Oh the server will do it automatically lol. Still waiting two game months for server to recognize change in trade strategies. It is so much fun having to offer them manually that I now changed it to best price. |

we like to keep our communication as close as possible to what really happened. This is all in the gold coins log.
Level 3 was the highest.
I also mailed you and asked for details and then looked into your log and graphs and history.
You reached level 2 and 3 before you became a premium members and an offer to give the coins for these levels was on the screen when you logged in after the levels upgrade.

He is not trying any scam.
just a misunderstanding about when you do or do not receive gold coins when you move up the levels.
he might even be right on this, we are looking into what exactly happened during the last upgrade on Tuesday.
most players however, mail us and get it looked into quickly. |
