Once the industries become functional and products become available, consumption will start, both in some corporations and as a percentage of cars used by the population. A transition will start with EV products becoming an important part of products being used. These new products will use many natural resources, especially metals, including new rare metals that were introduced recently but also existing ones like silver (used in a new type of batteries), lithium and some other. Some of the items on this list require quite some development work and will not be introduced overnight. we will post updates about the progress of the work and more details on the functions being added. |

There are many millions of transactions in these table. we have limited indexing of these database tables for reasons of performance. implementing the back button, will require full indexing and a major performance setback. as we move on and keep increasing the total capacity of the site, implementing it will become more feasible. |

Otherwise you have to either copy/paste or type into each box individually. |

For instance, when I am buying stuff from the world market for one of my countries, I can list the amount I want to buy as "70M" and the game converts that into 70 000 000 for the buying order. |

For larger countries, the 300,000 limit is getting really oppressive as it really does not do a lot and over time the lack of being able to change professions becomes a massive detriment! --- For example, I have several nations at 100 million and one with a population of 477 million and still growing naturally. Only being able to change 300,000 workers a month does nothing and it is really starting to cause a lot of problems in my day to day game play. Despite changing education standards, worker trades, or profession changes... I have countries with 10's of millions of overeducated workers that are just clogging up the system. --- A suggestion to the GM, Would some kind of patch be possible where if a nation reaches a certain game level, that those numbers are permanently increased? Maybe something as simple as for each game level a player reaches, the amount of monthly worker changes is increased by 100,000. Even a booster would be helpful for "3GC you can change the profession of 1 million workers that month". Anything at this point would be extremely helpful |

I assume the shortages continue mainly with high level workers. we have made some structural tuning to reduce the problem and we will first make another step in that direction to reduce the need for these manual corrections. These manual corrections are annoying and reducing them must be done carefully to prevent us from flipping to surpluses. We will make another correction first and if needed, reconsider the max numbers. |
SuperSoldierRCP | Monday, November 4, 2024 - 06:18 pm Andy, According to my research it seems after a certain level (I would assume 100 million population or more) workers do not seem to balance correctly. This could be due to size of the country, population growth, the requirement to have high education index's for game score(which effects education levels), or other factors that have not yet been accounted for. --- Please check Melchior on LU for more info. Currently I would need(to have 100% hiring) an additional: 15 million - Low level workers 13 million - Medium level workers 7.5 million - High level workers I would easily convert the excess workers in all other jobs to cover this gap with plenty of workers left over, but doing 300,000 per month barely makes a dent. The country is 477 million population and still growing naturally, which puts me into a position where you cannot properly manage expectations without some kind of extreme actions. If there is anything I can do in terms of testing or a way I can be of help to the GM please let me know! |

Also in these numbers: If you have too many workers in the other groups, reducing the education priorities will make these decline and add to the workers groups. manual exchanges are indeed impossible with such numbers. |

The quality issue will gradually be implemented in the coming upgrades. The entire wind energy feature is stable and close to completion. More Features 9. Allow using M and B for numbers of products in space centers. 14. Resolve the continuing need for manual conversion of workers. Numbers of HLWs is now growing. Resolve the remaining problem. We intend to resolve all these issues but some require a complex development effort and will take longer to complete. |
