Please Help.There are always not enough Low Level Workers. Even if I change profession from another profession a few months later, there are not enough Low Level Workers. I don't know where they went. My school is adequate. Now New Corporations under Construction cannot be built.

If you share your World and country name, there are plenty of experienced players around that may be able to look at your country's situation and see if they can help pinpoint your problem and help you come up with a solution. A LLW shortage can have multiple causes.

When you educate people they come from the low level workers group anto the groups of professionals.
also, low level workers become medium and high level workers.

when corporations upgrade, they reduce the number of low level workers needed.
