Can I belong to more than one Common Market and how do you tell if you already belong to a common Market. I see the part of where I now belong to a Federation, but I see no status update of where I belong to a Common Market, and where would I find the status update of belonging to a Common Market?

You cannot be part of more than one common market to my knowledge. To view info about the common market if you are in one, select the common market item from the menu. If you are in one, it will tell you on this page. Note this page also contains functionality for the "local" market as well. More information can be found on this page at the bottom.
