Getting silence in return after simply asking if they've received or looked into the message after seeing them post on the forums would be obnoxious. Pay for something, put time into it, and have it disappear in an unexplained manner.

Ijust checked our mails, now and in the past weeks. there are no mail messages that were not answered. We consider messages that involve possible loss of assests or money as very serious and we always react.
