Andy | Tuesday, November 8, 2022 - 12:44 pm Ever since we introduced military units years ago, we had cases when players complained about units being stuck somewhere. In all cases, the reason was that units were out of some supplies or ammunitions. We have introduced many updates to prevent units from becoming immobile. we have made sure that units can return to their country at all time, independent of the amount of supplies they have. a player now complained that a unit got stuck during transport and remained unusable for a long time. In that new case, the unit had supplies to start moving by air, then, during transport, the normal use of materials caused one of the materials to turn negative and the transport stopped. we have never had such a case and did not think about how to handle it. you could argue that there should be no use of anything during transport. we have now made sure that once transport is started, it will be completed. Materials or no materials. however, units that are called for action, in your country or in any other country, will not function is not supplied. In the specific case, the unit will be transported to the target country, but once there, will not be able to fight due to shortage of ammunition. we recommend that you make sure, all your units are fully supplied and able to participate in war if needed. We are also making sure that units that reside out of the country and are out of some materials, do not get into negative numbers although they are not usable in war. these units can always be repatriated. we hope that we have now covered all cases that may cause a unit to run into negative numbers of materials. if you encounter a situation where a unit cannot move, check the supplies and ammunition. the problem is always there. the change we have made will be part of the next game update within one week. |
