My country on WG called New Holland was doing rather well till just recently. Now the employment is dropping, migration is high (over 32,000 per month) and several corporations have low supplies (a few at 5%). How to fix so country is profitable again?

I just looked at your country, thank you for posting all relevant information to help us find you.

Supplies are not your issue, its workers. Your corporations do not have enough workers, this is due to your education system being inadequate. You have shortages of skilled workers, to get them you need to build more educational facilities and set education priorities.

You should target an education index of 180+, and the sum of your education priorities should be 120.

I have requested a member of my federation who is on the security council sets you up with united development aid. I have also proposed a worker swap for the workers you are most in need of to help in the short term. I will also be personally messaging you a link to join the WGA federations discord public lobby so you can get more timely advice.
